Thank you for your positive response to the slow and cautious reinstatement of our parish liturgical ministries.

Ministers of Hospitality/ Ushers

Last week our Ministers of Hospitality/Ushers have started once again to do the collections at Mass as well as giving out the bulletins after Mass. Please be reminded that bulletins are only to be given out at the end of Mass as instructed by our diocese and should be taken home with you once you receive it. Do not leave anything in the pews.

For those who are not aware, most of our Ministers of Hospitality/Ushers are in their senior years and are still not back in full attendance at Mass either because of health concerns or staying with family members out of town for the duration of the pandemic.

We are requesting for more volunteers in this ministry at the 7:30AM, 10:30AM and 12Noon Sunday Masses. Please call Fr. Patrick at the Parish Office if you are willing to volunteer or for more information.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

We thank God that our Mass attendance is slowly increasing and is still at a healthy level considering the health precautions and restrictions in place. Unfortunately, we still cannot give out the Precious Blood at Mass. However, we now request that one minister assist the priest to distribute Holy Communion during the English Masses.

IMPORTANT: The minister should continue to wear their facemask, sanitize your hands after you receive and before you distribute Holy Communion. When finished giving out communion, it is important to sanitize your hands again for your safety.

Altar Servers

We are still now allowed to have Altars Servers in the diocese.

May the Blessed Mother, Our Lady of Lourdes continue to guide us and protect us during this pandemic.

God Bless!

Fr. Patrick
