Dear Parishioner and Friends of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish:

Welcome to our parish web site.  We are happy you have come to our site to learn something about our parish.

We are a Roman Catholic Parish located in Queens Village, New York.  Our parish is a very diverse community, with our members coming from many different cultures and backgrounds, but united as one family by our shared faith in Jesus.  In our celebration of liturgy and in our many other activities, we seek to grow in our faith in the Lord, and in our unity with one another.  We seek to serve God and all our brothers and sisters in the human family.  We seek to give witness of our faith to others.

Striving to live as good stewards, we recognize that all we are and have are God’s gifts to us.  We give thanks to God for our gifts, we seek to develop them, return the first portion to God, and use our gifts in the service of our brothers and sisters.  We seek to be good stewards of the time, talents and treasure that God has entrusted to us.  We call upon our members to use the gifts with which God has blessed them, as we invite parishioners to roles of leadership and ministry in our parish.
